PRODUCTION MEETING
4.22.05

Attendance: Jen, Chris, David, Julianna, Glenda, Tim, Joanna, Geoff, RaMina, Tyler, Kira, Rachel

SCHEDULE:
-Sunday: 5:30-6:30 Cast in the Shiva
-Monday: 7:30 Call
9:15- Run with Tech
-Tuesday: 7-1 Cue-to-Cue
-Wednesday-Saturday
6pm Call
8pm Show

CHRIS:
-Fabric store is closed today, will go on Monday
Can get everything else
-Lumber run to home depot tomorrow before load-in
GET FOAM FOR GLENDA
-Tomorrow night start building doors
Probably won’t finish tomorrow
-Can build outside (weather?)
Need to be inside to hang curtain
-How long will it take to hang the curtain?
-HOPE to be done with building by Monday
-NEED PEOPLE: 6 doors need to be built

Kira might be in the Shiva during the day on Monday

GLENDA:
-Handcuffs: David will check at party supply storeS

-Foam will be in the Shiva
-Hilarious stuff to pull out of Lisl’s pocket (rubber ducky, pez dispenser, lots of cotton balls)

-Lanky’s papers will be on funny paper
-Medals: White felt and red ribbon, get safety pins, Jen can help sew buttons if needed
-Get suitcases from Lisl
-Grenade: get Jen’s lime juice container
-Has a spray bottle, need to empty cleaning fluid
-Radio needs to be VERY LOUD, Sarah Baskin? Need by Monday
-Get a cigar for our cast party
-Stamps: stapled on rubber bands
-Parchment: does cleansed have excessive flash paper
-Cornerstone: just use a cinder block?
-Solid color cups: David will get at party supply store

TIM: Talking with Mo today about leaving up lights from Cleansed

JEN: Went to every Salvation Army from here to Fishkill
-Found canolli pants, will get together tomorrow
-The wigs are AMAZING
-Still need inauguration outfits for girls
-Sarah’s dress will have plenty of room for boobs
-Getting shoes in order
-Will set up everything in the lobby and then move into the dressing rooms when they’re done
-Baldracs are kind of AMAZING
-Logistical nightmare of where costumes and props end up
actors should figure this out individually
-Done building w/in next few days
-Altering will take longer
-On Monday we’ll have about 80% of the costumes ready
-Jen will be around to help with other stuff when costumes are done
-EMAIL CAST: bring all costume pieces on Sunday
-Will have a better sense of need for help after costume parade

TIM: 1st draft of the plot had 30 lights that we don’t actually have…

Needs to talk to Chris about inauguration scene platform

Has ground plans for each scenes
Counter in pastry shop = desk

Clerks: 5 doors put together, velvet ropes (ask student activities)
Playing space: 18ft deep, 25ft wide
Pound: mirror image of clerks
Train: 3 doors in back, chairs on either side
Inauguration: platform 2 ft high, steps on either side, platform double as bed, tables

“Wheelchair” for 2.3 = chair with cardboard wheels
